Q: What qualities do you think a good employer should possess?
 

Sally: A good employer should care for each and every individual and respect the thoughts and feelings of their people. Communication is important and it would be great to set up an open-for-discussion mechanism to encourage employees’ opinions, sharing, questions, and discussion.
