Assistant Analyst/ Analyst

Contract Type: Full time – Permanent
Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:
  • To assist in valuation projects for M&A, IPO, financial reporting purposes;
  • Provide support on research, financial analysis, modeling and evaluation activities;
  • Conduct research and collect data for valuations on business, intangible assets, natural resources, and / or financial instruments; and
  • Handle ad hoc projects as and when required.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably major in accounting or finance related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome;
  • Candidate with relevant experience can be considered as Analyst;
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese;
  • Self-motivated, well organized, hardworking, multi-task, and able to meet tight deadline under pressure;
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime to accomplish the job requirement;
  • High mobility to travel and work in the PRC / overseas during business trips; and
  • CFA candidates are preferred.
 

Department Secretary

Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive administrative and secretarial duties
  • Provide secretarial services to valuation department
  • Assist in preparing proposal and agreement
  • Assist in printing and scanning documents
  • Answer and handle incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet and direct all visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage meeting room preparation and reservation administration
  • Liaise with accounting department for issuing fee notes
  • Some outdoor work required, such as delivering & collecting documents to/from clients and professional firms etc
 
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree or above
  • 1 year's relevant experience in administration and secretarial fields.  Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good telephone manner with strong communication skill
  • Good command of Chinese and English, capable to communicate in Mandarin
  • Independent, trustworthy, detail minded, flexible, good common sense and strong sense of responsibilities
  • Self-motivated and good team player
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferable
